Cebiche de atún






2 cans of tuna
1 large onion cut in pen
1 clove garlic, minced
pepper, salt and, if necessary
lemon juice or sour orange
ground pepper to taste
chopped green pepper
1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
sweet potato boiled in slit
slice of corn



Flake the tuna in the boile.

Add orange juice or limoón, chopped and ground pepper, garlic, onion, pepper and salt, let stand for 1/2 hour.

Serve sprinkled with coriander and serve with corn and sweet potatoes.
