Causa Rellena con Atún



1 1/2 kilos of boiled yellow potatoes
oil (enough)
ground pepper to taste
lemon juice
salt and pepper
filling:
1 can of tuna
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped onion (well washed)
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 large avocado, sliced
6 olives trcitos
chopped parsley
freshly cooked unpeeled potatoes and put through the masher, mix with oil, pepper, juice, salt and pepper.



Divided into three parts, with the first line the bottom of a mold disassembled 23 cm, diameter, oiled up is the 1/2 of mayonnaise mixed with flaked tuna and olives.

Another a layer of cause, the remaining mayonnaise and onion, chopped egg, parsley and slices of avocado, covering the third layer of potatoes.

Left for an hour, then unmold and decorate as desired with sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped.
